Law of Cause and Effect

The law of cause and effect states that every single action in the universe produces a reaction. Simply put, every effect, has a cause, an original starting point.

When we contribute positive energy, we are likely to attract positive effects. Such positive effects can be in the form of financial gains, meaningful relationships, personal growth, love, and so much more.

Bad ass billionaires

Oprah, Sara Blakely, Beyonce and all the bad ass business women of the world got to where they are by contributing something to society. Their contributions included their creativity, time, talent and wisdom.

Basically, they contributed their positive energy.

It doesn't mean you have to stand in front of a big stage with 10 million people in the audience. Contributing your positive energy can be as simple as starting with your thoughts.

Shift your thoughts, transform your energy.

If you are feeling overwhelmed and on edge, your thoughts are likely fear-based. The heaviness of anxious thoughts can spiral down the rabbit hole of negativity.

While it's impossible to change every single one of your thoughts, it is possible to allow your negative thoughts to pass on by without lingering too long.

By observing your thoughts as just thought, rather than defining yourself by them, you are shifting your energy.

Energy flows where your thoughts go.

If you feel like you're stuck, start with holding a positive thought for 17 seconds. According to Abraham-Hicks, focusing on something for 17 seconds activates a matching vibration.

Focusing on it beyond 17 seconds attracts more thoughts that match that vibration. The longer the focus, the stronger the power.

And if you manage to hold a positive thought for as little as 68 seconds, the vibration is powerful enough to begin its manifestation.

What you appreciate, appreciates.

While it may not seem like there is anything to be grateful for these days, you'd be surprised when you start looking for it.

Whether it's something as simple as a refreshing shower or a cup of coffee, focusing on the little things can move mountains.
