Years ago, I went through a series of personal and professional life crises.
Though most would describe me as an upbeat and down-to-earth gal, deep down, I was miserable. I tried everything but kept feeling overwhelmed and hopeless. In the midst of anxiety and bouts of depression, I kept changing jobs, moving locations…yet nothing seemed to work.
Life was chaotic but that didn’t mean I had to stay at rock bottom.
For months, I worked with energy healers and yoga mentors to break my chaotic life patterns. The clarity and insight I gained felt drastic once I cleared mental and emotional blocks.
I ended my work contract overseas and got on the airplane to move back to the US. Within 24 hours of landing, I bought my condo and car. A month later, I met the man of my dreams.
How did I make such large purchases in such a short amount of time with such clarity?
Based on the law of attraction, when we raise our vibrations, we are able to attract who and what we want into our lives. Reiki energy healing techniques can take it all a step further.

First, understand your chakras...
Chakra means energy center in Sanskrit. Each of these energetic centers in the body are associated with specific organs, endocrines, issues, emotions, and so forth.
Balancing chakras can have a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual effect on an individual. It is not only important that each chakra be balanced, but that they also be balanced in relationship to each other.
Negative thoughts, feelings, foods, and inaction can adversely influence the chakras, thus our energetic health. The long term effects could lead to mental, emotional, and physical imbalances, or blocks in the chakras.
An individual with physical imbalances in a specific area may also reflect the imbalanced qualities associated with the connecting chakra.
In a Reiki session, the energetic centers are being balanced. By balancing these centers, the physical body would also be addressed.
How does Reiki energy work?
Reiki goes to the place in the body that is imbalanced and requires healing. Placing your hands on or above the body allows the energy to be drawn in. Healing Reiki will then go where it is needed.
