How to Interpret Your Dreams

How to Interpret Your Dreams

Do you ever wonder what your dream is trying to tell you? Dreams can be completely random. Other times it can seem like the Universe is trying to tell you something.

There can be different types of dreams, such as passive imagination, dream illusions and dream hallucinations. Researchers have found that the most common dreams involve being attacked or chased, being late, loved ones dying, falling, flying, school, and sex.

In case we haven't met yet, I'm Lotty. I'm a Reiki Master, yoga teacher and a Pinterest addict. My friends would say I'm a personal development junkie and crazy about woo woo stuff (tarot, spirituality, psychic readings, etc.)

Interpreting my dreams helped me go from being a Corporate Dropout to a self-employed Pinterest nerd.

Here are a few ways to interpret your dreams...

  • Acquaintances and/or old friends:

When you dream about an acquaintance or old friends, it can mean you're experiencing something from the past in the present day.

It can also be a reflection of how you feel about the individual in your waking life. Your dream may be telling you to pay attention to that person in your waking life.

  • Identity:

Dreams can be about identity. For instance, if you're trying to figure out who you are and what you need in a particular challenging situation, your dreams can help you process and clarify your beliefs and perspectives. So if you feel unfulfilled in your career, your dreams can often reflect that.

  • Clarity:

While your dreams can seem completely random, your subconscious could be hard at work. Your brain may be trying to gain clarity on a particular situation by processing events, conversations or thoughts.

How I went from Corporate dropout to self-employed Pinterest nerd...

About 10 years ago, I started playing around on Pinterest after I purchased my first home. I found all sorts of home decor inspiration and also a ton of useful career tips too.

Then when I was in yoga teacher training and getting my Reiki masters certification, I started creatings pins for my health & wellness lifestyle blog.

From then on, startups and small businesses asked for help with marketing on Pinterest. So I followed the signs from the Universe.

Eventually, that led me to start my own Pinterest marketing business. I created content for local businesses to international brands. And the rest is history...

To this day, I love creating content on Pinterest all day err day. And yes, businesses pay me to do it!
