How to Clear Your Money Chakra with Meditation

Can’t seem to get your finances in order? Feeling like you hit a glass ceiling in your career? Your money chakra may be blocked. But no worries, there are many ways to clear the money chakra. One way is through meditation.

What’s the money chakra?

The money chakra, also known as the root chakra, impacts your career, money mindset and sense of security.

The money chakra impacts all other chakras as it is your foundation. Located at the base of the spine, the money chakra represents basic survival needs.

Is your money chakra blocked?

When balanced, the money chakra supports your ability to handle financial challenges with a constructive approach. An imbalanced root chakra can lead to a scarcity mindset and financial anxiety.

Then it’s time to tap into your intuition for clarity. To do so, make time to find stillness through meditation.

Meditation, among many other types of energy work, helps with focus and improving intuitive abilities. The more you practice meditating, the easier it becomes to hear your inner voice, your intuition.

It is the nature of our mind to think all day long.

Meditation helps us to understand the nature of our thoughts as simply thoughts and our relationship to them, so that our thoughts can be more at our service rather than the other way around.

With a busy schedule and a busier mind, taking the time to meditate may be tricky. However, five minutes of practice can be as effective as an hour.

The sincerity of the effort matters far more than elapsed time since meditation is about stepping out of minutes and hours and into moments.

So if you can only manage one minute of mindfulness, that is great! It means you have already remembered the value to stopping and shifting even momentarily from doing to being.

Meditating does not mean you have to sit still.

Walking meditations are just as beneficial! So go out in nature and just be. No music, no iPhone. Just be.

Also, meditating does not mean you have to somehow make your mind blank. If your mind wanders, that’s natural. All you have to do is bring the attention back to your breath each time.

Start with 17 seconds.

Studies have shown that managing your energy can greatly benefit your energetic health. Even 17 seconds of focusing your attention on something positive can impact your thought patterns.

When you hold a positive thought, you activate the vibration of that thought within you. Immediately the Law of Attraction begins to respond to that activation.

The longer you keep your attention focused on something, the easier it becomes for you to continue to focus upon it. This is because you are attracting, through the Law of Attraction, other thoughts or vibrations that are the essence of the thought you began with.

Within 17 seconds of focusing on something, a matching vibration becomes activated. And now, as that focus becomes stronger and the vibration becomes clearer. Accordingly, the Law of Attraction will bring to you more thoughts that match.

At this point, the vibration will not have much attraction power. However, if you maintain your focus longer, the power of the vibration will become further reaching.

And if you manage to stay purely focused upon any thought for as little as 68 seconds, the vibration is powerful enough that its manifestation begins.

Remember, good and bad stress is a part of everyday life. However, there are many ways to effectively reduce unnecessary stress through energy work. This includes meditation, mindfulness, and various types of Reiki healing techniques.

Reiki Meditation

When in doubt, meditate it out. Visualize positive healing Reiki energy flowing from your root through your crown chakra. Envision the white light flowing through you and connecting you to your higher self.

You can do a Reiki meditation at any time during the day. Some people prefer to do so right before going to bed in order to receive intuitive hits during their dream state.

Remember to stay in the present moment in order to pay attention to your surroundings. The Universe often send us signs, symbols, and synchronicities throughout the day.

But we don’t always pick up on these messages because our mind is “busy”. When the mind is still, particularly during our dream state, we are able better able to receive intuitive hits.
