Ready to manifest more abundance into your work and life? Then it’s time bust through blocks getting in the way of attracting abundance flow. In other words, it’s time to develop an abundance mindset.

We all have our money beliefs and past money experiences that can sometimes block us from developing an abundance mindset. But even the wealthiest people in the world have had to work on developing an abundance mindset.

Developing an abundance mindset is a lifelong journey.

The stories behind some of the world’s wealthiest people have a common theme. They made it to the top of their game but didn’t feel like they were worth a million bucks.

In fact, many said that money brought on more misery until they realized it was because they were spiritually bankrupt.

Money isn’t a bad thing at all. It comes down to our beliefs around money that can create financial fears and a scarcity mindset.

The thought patterns driving us to make more because there isn’t enough to go around can cause unnecessary anxiety. When such anxiety spins out of control, this sometimes also manifests into health issues.

Developing an abundance mindset doesn’t happen overnight.

But the good news is, it just takes small consistent steps. If you view money as scarce, you’ll focus your energy on pinching every single penny. This creates tunnel vision that leads to missing important opportunities to make more money.

Start noticing more ways to create passive income or be more willing to take on side hustles. These days, the options are endless with so many ways to create multiple sources of income!

How can you tell if you’re operating on a scarcity mindset? Notice if you feel like you are depriving yourself in important areas in life from family to health.

For instance, I remember having petty arguments about money with friends and family. One time it happened when splitting the bill after a birthday dinner. Now that’s no way to end a nice evening!

Abundance = wealth, health, opportunities, experiences, and so forth.

On the other hand, if you view money as abundant, you’ll keep an open mind for opportunities everywhere. After all, energy flows where the mind goes.

What you put out to the Universe, the Universe responds accordingly. Setting your intention can make all the difference in shifting your energy to attract abundance flow.

When you allow the Universe to support you in manifesting abundance, that’s when breakthroughs happen. Don’t give up so fast, here are a few signs indicating you may be closer to your next breakthrough.

Abundance comes in many different forms. Sometimes it’s a matter of achieving wealth through a side door. Here’s how I was able to manifest abundance outside of the traditional 9-5 job!

Small but consistent shifts away from a scarcity mindset.

Fellow bosses, you have the ability to create your financial reality regardless of your past experiences or upbringing. Trust me, my financial history was messy.

Despite my past financial mistakes, I’m living proof that financial freedom is possible wherever you are on your journey. Here are five steps to get you started on shifting away from a scarcity mindset.

1. Determine the exact amount of money you want to manifest.

Make sure it is a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely (S.M.A.R.T) goal. For instance, “I want to make $500 each month in passive income by the end of the year.”

2. Decide what you are willing to contribute to society for that amount.

Are you willing to tutor on weekends? Sell some clothes and jewelry online? Start an online blog business?

3. Determine why it is you would like to contribute your time and talents for that desire amount.

This ties in with your life purpose. When focusing on your “why”, you are better able to work with the law of attraction to accelerate your manifestation.

4. Create a clear action plan on how to manifest that amount.

The initial plan of action may not be perfect but remember, life’s about the journey, not the destination. Simply adjust along the way!

5. Write it all down in a statement.

Read this statement out loud at least once a day. When you read, see and feel that you have already achieved your financial goal, you attach your emotions. In turn, you are better able to shift your vibrations to attract opportunities for wealth.

Consciously replace any thought patterns that hold you back with new ones. Stop focusing on what you don’t have.

Pro tip: Create money mantras to recite each morning.

When we say affirmations and mantras out loud, the vibrations of the throat chakra works at a deeper level. So make it a part of your daily routine to ingrain healthy beliefs around money into your mindset.

Some money mantras include:

“Opportunities to create more money are endless.”

“I am creating more wealth each day.”

“Money flows to me easily and effortlessly.”

Whichever affirmation or mantra you choose, make sure it not only resonates with you but also excites you. Using the emotion of excitement makes this exercise even more powerful.
